11. No Fees Payment Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy

If you are asked to pay any Fees prior to a successful recovery of a claim, by anyone purporting to represent JL UNIQUE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD. please do not pay them and contact us instead. Note that where we have made a claim on your behalf we will never ask for any fees until we have successfully recovered an award of compensation or refund for you.
